Last Sunday, November 3, my family took advantage of a beautiful day to check out the fall color at the Morton Arboretum.  Color is normally done by November but this year it’s hanging on much to my delight.  We wandered around on the East side through oaks and Japanese maples and then found a path through an enchanted golden forest.  It was so beautiful and inspiring…

This weekend I’ll be back again attending the artists’ reception for the Nature Artists’ Guild Holiday exhibit as well as demonstrating polymer clay techniques Sunday afternoon.  Our show artist, Sharon Malec, has a beautiful display of fiber art, from collage to art quilts.  Come join us for some late fall color and nature art inspiration!
