Lovely colors, fine pics! Have you had frost yet? Out east we are so mild that some shrubs have started blooming!
We’ve had some light frost, but the roses and other flowers are still blooming. We’re overdue, that’s for sure!
It will get cold soon, no doubt! Upper Midwest seems likely to get its first snow this weekend…
I hope not…I’m not ready for snow yet!
Such pretty pictures! ❤ Thanks for sharing. 🙂
Thanks, Maggie!
Beautiful photos! A walk in the woods restores my spirit, too!
Yes, I love walking in the woods, especially in the fall…
I was thinking the pictures were so pretty and autumnal and then BAM! Snake! Great pics… even the 🐍 one. 😀
Lol! It was a cool snake. I couldn’t resist adding it in!
I need a walk in the woods! It was lovely being able to share your walk, Karen. The colours are so bright and I love that little snake!
Thanks, Clare! I needed to get outside and take a break and was just grateful that it was sunny and that there was still some color left.
Yes, it becomes desperate sometimes!
Nice, these will make for some excellent paintings.
Yes, it was an inspirational walk…
Very gorgeous, Karen!
You might be interested… We found a very strange looking caterpillar in our garden. Turns out it will turn into a Pandora Sphinx Moth. It is a very scary looking moth. I’m trying not to prejudge, as it may be of no ill consequence to our garden.
Oh, those are gorgeous! I’ve always wanted to see one of those! Was the caterpillar orange? You’re so lucky 🙂
